A Brief History of Vocational School of Social Sciences

Our school, which was established in 1976 as the "Antalya Vocational School" affiliated to the Ministry of National Education, then started its education life with the Department of Economics and Administrative Programs under Akdeniz University, which was established on July 20, 1982, with the decree law numbered 41.

On March 11, 1993, in accordance with Article 7/d-2 of the law numbered 2547, amended by the law numbered 2880, Antalya Vocational School was established. It is divided into two: Technical Sciences Vocational School and Social Sciences Vocational School.

Within the Vocational School of Social Sciences, There are 13 programs in total, including Business Management, Accounting and Tax Applications, Tourism and Hotel Management, Office Management and Executive Assistant, Marketing, Tourism and Travel Services, Banking and Insurance, Public Relations and Publicity, Civil Air Transportation Management, Call Center Services, Private Security and Protection, Social Service, Media, and Communication. Each program includes formal education and secondary formal education. There is also a Distance Education Program in the Tourism and Hotel Management Program.
